Omg. Don't even try to tell him that! He'll think you're just trying to by-pass something that he doesn't know about.
If you really want him to stop getting jealous, tell him that it's because other guys are jealous of him and he shouldn't be worried because he's your one and only.. (if you get me.. sweet talk him instead of stating a problem) :)
