Does Sony have any plans to improve the web browser on PS4 in comparison to PS3?
the PS3 browser doesn't work all that well in my opinion.

I don't think Sony have said anything about the PS4's web browser yet. Hopefully it's comparable to desktop browsers though, in my experience the PS3's web browser only works on some websites or websites that have been designed for it. With everything else it either struggles to load the website or just randomly freezes.

Sony hasn't said any explicit plans to improve the web browser, but I don't think they would just leave it as is since the PS4 has an entirely new OS.
