Help purchasing Dutch product?

Question

Hello. My mother's friend recently visited the Netherlands and brought back this really great perfume type spray, and I would really like to have some! I've found it online, but all the information is in Dutch (at least according to Google Translate). It said "bij je thuis voor" which translated to "in your home for" which I'm assuming means shipping. Here is the link:

Hi, This is a well known price comparison site even-though these products are not the same, it is a search result. The second price is delivery to your home being 5,95 shipping costs in The Netherlands, mostly Euro 6,75. This site sometimes includes the product and sometimes they don't.

The first web-shop does not ship outside Holland and Belgium.
On this site the costs are tremendously high and they promise to charge VAT (BTW tax) that has to be excluded in this case: Besteding tot € 100,- (incl. Btw) € 34,95 it says up to 100 euro 34,85 shipping costs to outside Europe. http://www.budgetdrogist.nl/vogue-deospray-girl-cats-100ml.html

I have seen one shop also mentioning England (Euro 13,00). One includes Germany for 5,95.

This site states that shipping abroad is not yet possible because they only accept the Dutch iDeal (paying per bank trough Internet and a code as text message). A parcel on itself would cost 18,05 http://www.postnl.nl/zakelijk/pakket/pakket-buitenland without ensured or Track and Trace up to 2 Kilogram. Nationwide 6,75 up to 10 kilo! Big steps.

It takes around 9 days. FedEx offers Track and Trace but also has to be send to. The post-office is in every neighborhood.

PayPal is generally accepted as payment method in The Netherlands. Other forms can be made undone or involve high costs (minimum and a percentage) charged by banks.

Consider tax and import fees to be addressed to you in the US above a certain "estimated value." Most likely also clerical costs.

It would not be much a problem to ship it to you personally when the shop above can't. You wont get 19 percent BTW off the price when I buy it though. Shops can fill in a form to get it back. I do have more control over the product now the only offer is a gift set and can send more things if you like and can afford it. I hope that is not necessary but my profile allows private contact.
