Okay, not really the worst movie ever but it seemed pretty bad in comparison to most Pixar movies, which are usually awesome.

I just didn't get what the big deal was about it. It had such a mediocre plot with a lot of filler (like all the jailbreak stuff and the monkey), it lacked a good screenplay with developing characters and the funny one-liners from the first two movies, and the ending was crap. Why would anyone do what Andy did with his toys? It was too contrived and when you think about it too much it just seems kind of depressing and wrong.
