What to lubricate my body jewelry with?

I saw on different pages, and I heard from people that if you lubricate your body jewelry it makes it easier to get in, especially if the piercing is newer and you're changing to for the first time. What could I use to try this out? I need real answers please.

    You should go to walgreens or any other local drug store and buy KY sex lubricant. It works the best.
