is so obsessed with you that he would be willing to change just about everything about himself just so you would like or love him? Is this a complement to you or does he have a problem?

I wouldn't want a guy to change for me.You should like a guy for what he is not what you want him to be.

It depends, it really goes 2 ways.
1. He could be so obsessed with you if you guys did end up in a relationship that he would get very upset and controlling at little things you do. He could have severe trust issues. If you talk to another guy he could get upset, or if you go away for a weekend he could possibly accuse you of cheating. He could be the huge jealous type. This isn't really someone I would want to be with.
2. This could be considered a compliment. Some guy is head over heels for you and if willing to do anything to make you happy? Sounds pretty good! I'd love to be with a guy that would do anything to please me. You could be sure that if he was so in love with you that he wouldn't be the type to cheat or leave you. It sounds like he would be a great father type too. In a way, I would rather be with someone that is so in love with there family, than someone that would rather go away and be with friends. Also, you could be sure that the last thing he would want to do is fight with you. So you would probably be a great guy!

unless you look like a model and he is ugly and poor, then yes, he has a problem.
