Does she like me or hate me? friends?

So im a girl and theres another girl who I need help firguring what her deal is and wheather or not she likes me or hates me.

So when i first met which was about a month and a half ago she always uses to greet me in some way or another, she would talk to me a lot, and always ask if I needed help with anything and just be super nice. But now she does basically the opposite of all that. And for the past two or there days she hardly says five words to me and doesnt even aknowledge me until she has to. And shes giving me really bad vibes.

At the same time though shes nicer to me than before. Like now she compliments how good of a job im doing at work, or she'll ask slightly more personal questions when before she never said anything.

So i dont know if I did something wrong that made her mad recently but why is she acting like this?
