How to make high waisted shorts out of oversized pants.?
So I have a few pairs of over-sized pants, and I want to know how to make cute high waisted shorts out of them? So if you know the steps, have tips, or know a good tutorial video please let me know. thank you :)

Step 1: put on pants and make sure they fit around the waist
step 2: mark where you want to cut. You might want to mark lower if you want to be able to cuff them if you don't like the frayed look
Step 3: cut them
Step 4: wash them if you want the fraying to show.
you can , bleach and distress the shorts too.
Ex: get dark high waisted shorts, and dip half of it into bleach ro give it an ombre look. Or just spray bleach on them to make spots.
Ex 2: make cuts in the jeans , and wash it so that it frays.
