Is moshing illegal in Ohio?
After a it of research on the whole moshing being illegal deal, i figured out that it is indeed illegal in Boston. I have not however been able to figure out if it is illegal anywhere else. I know that due to the little girl being hurt during BMTH's set at Warped Tour, that it is now a Warped rule, but as i understand it it is hardly in-forced. The bands still are not aloud to encourage a mosh though.
I guess i was just wondering if mosh was illegal in Ohio because my Warped date is coming up & from what i understand, theres still a little bit of moshing there

No it is not illegal. I have been to so many concerts and been in mosh pits bands DO encourage it here so I would assume it is not illegal :) And people mosh and crowd surf at warped tour all the time so if it is a rule it is not strictly enforced haha

I think it mostly depends on the place and band.
