Sharing a Database Between two Forms in VB6?
I'm a part of a Visual Basic 6 based project. My project has been named 'Implementing Mobile Contacts in VB6 with MS Access as database'. Can I share single database with two forms?
Here's the screenshot:
pic-1: https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-9Y9aviy04mE/UeB...
pic-2: https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-lCguBA6ITuc/UeB...
(Since I'm new to this community, I can't post more than two links)
It should work as if I clicked on 'ADD'(pic-1), it'll open next form(pic-2), and enter details which in turn should be updated in the datagrid of first form(pic-1) when clicking 'SAVE'(pic-2). When I click a cell in the datagrid, all the details of that person should be displayed on the right side gray space in pic-1.
If you want to see the form, it's here: http://www.mediafire.com/download/cwcjehpeb225o64/...
I'm new to VB6. Can someone recommend a solution?

yes you can share the same database in different forms in VB6.
Use an ADO Connection to fill your Recordset.
Then you can call it in both forms.

Lol... this is a hard question to respond to... nicely... to non secular individuals, there isn't any such widespread maximum point... "until eventually ultimately dying do us section"... for somebody like me, i could not particularly help you be attentive to. specifically simply by fact time is a huge factor in that style of an equation, even however this is not extra or much less pertinent than different factors. The longer the relationship lasts, the extra you modify into component to one yet another's existence. You adapt to them; at times extra effective than you will possibly have imagined! The record of info for what a ideal relationship includes, is, probably, never-ending. the utmost sort/point of love, is probable distinctive for each individual. some human beings are meant to have the suited love of their existence for a quick time. some human beings are meant to have it perpetually. easily everyone's desires for various factors, like time, are distinctive. so so which you are able to declare that the utmost style of love is relative to each and each persons desires. often, the two companions have a similar, if not rattling close to to comparable, desire for this sort of relationship they desire. some are destined for a great length, some are actually not... a great sort of the time, neither better half is conscious precisely what they desire. they simply have an theory, based around witnessing different peoples reviews. Very interesting question... however i don't be attentive to if i ought to ever discover an answer that I completely believe on it...
