Why do people accept lesbians than gay guys?

Ok, from a straight woman ,with a gay father, ( he was bi before he was gay...)

and from a woman's perspective:

Alot of gay men, act the part: ie, the lilting speech,the feminine mannerisms, ect.

Also alot of straight men, while they may not wanna admit it, are homophobic.

It is harder for a lesbian to be detected. Gay men are by far, easier to spot.

I have gay/bi/dar,and believe me, it is much harder to detect a lesbian,than it is a gay man.

In our culture women are given more latitude in expressions of affections. Males are given a much stricter and narrower latitude. Women are considered as more emotional and in error are seen as less sexual than males. It is ok to be daddy,s little girl but it is considered a put down if a male is called a mama,s boy. This is a sexist attitude which sees women as inferior to men and portrays women a sexless beings such that lesbians are not seen as sexual beings and so are more acceptable. This is a bunch of crap. Since we live in a male dominated heterosexual normative culture(pardon the big word) it is more acceptable to see lesbians as perceived by the majority of heterosexual males as more acceptable than gay males. Phew I am out of gas.

Because the world needs our sperm to reproduce, girls can't get pregnant a lot of times, but guys sperm is produced everyday and we can use it everyday. Besides, they feel strange to see 2 guys making love, some think it as disgusting. Hmm... I think it is the cutest thing ever!

Because guys think that all lesbians are like the ones portrayed in pornography.

Cuz most straight guys think that all gay men want to suck their dick (even the ugly ones with little ***** *roling my eyes)

People accept LGBT because they are humans as well.

I have asked that question countless times to myself.
