Am i empathetic????!!!?

I have heard people say I as m but I'm not sure. The reason they said that was because I told them that I thought that something was working like I was crazy because already on t.v I will like hold my breath when I see someone drowning. Or I will feel physical pain when I see some one get punched or get in a car accident. So am I crazy or something else??
