Y&R What Happens Now?

After watching yesterday's show I was left very upset. What was the point of all this? Nick and all the fans of Y&R have wondered all this time if he was Summer's true father or not. I feel the writers took this in the wrong direction.

I couldn't have said this any better than you did! It's so messed up now.. Kyle and Summer really have feelings for each other, everyone is all messed up now over this, and Nick is the father now. Sharon is a nut job.. Is she does somehow get back with Nick, when this comes out he sure won't want to be with her.. hope this comes out really soon. I have read that Sharon and Phyllis get into a bad fight over this and that would be when Phyllis would leave the show, because it said Phyllis would end up in a coma.. Wow!

I saw in the spoilers that Phyllis and Sharon have a confrontation. I think that Phyllis overheard Sharon. I really hope that Phyllis lays into her and everything comes out. Although its going to be a bummer for Summer. I feel for her, Summer that is.

Yes JFP and her writers are pathetic and going way overboard with this mess!! But I have a theory what they might be doing....Once Phyllis is in a coma and Daniel comes and take her back to Georgia with him SHARON will keep the secret to what she did! No one will really know what happen between her and Phyllis that day! so IMO I think this is how it will work out since they like to drag things out forever...I also can see as Phyllis will be recast and come home to GC down the road WITH her memory back and starting this up all over again!.

That's just it though we don't know for sure she did, all we saw was her telling Cassie and seeing a flashback, doesn't mean it actually happened. When a person is in a "hypomanic" phase, it's when they are in a full blown psychosis with no touch of reality, its quite likely Sharon believes she actually switched the results because shes hallucinating and its just as likely she didn't actually switch them either, but then again she very well could have.... the writers are trying to keep this ambigious.

I also agree with you it is one heck of messed up S/L. Im sure the only way Sharon will get caught is if she spills the beans if Summer gets to close to Noah. Unless Cassie comes in her spirit and tells Nick. This is getting crazy.

Hell they have to drag this crap out for at least another 2 years. Well, no because they are just about gone too all soaps will be gone in less than 5 years because it has all been done ad nauseum!

GH has the same sick line except cousins Michael and Kiki but we are already knowing Kiki is Silas's child.

I hope that Phyllis will find out before she leaves. I read in the spoilers that Phyllis and Sharon get into a confrontation.

I don't like the way the writers messed up Sharon like that.

Jack called Phyllis "RED" she isn't red headed anymore.

I think Summer might sleep with Noah, and Sharon will yelled "OH NO, that's your brother!!!"
