blown power steering rack 1989 chevy celebrity, 2.5l Tech 4, 164,000 mi?
I have a leaking power steering rack. When I turn the wheel to the left, fluid pisses out of the boot. I have bought a $3.00 power steering fluid with sealent in it. This has lasted for 1 year then blew again. Is there a seal I can replace or just replace the rack. I am 16 and don't have much money so can you guys or gals give me some tips.

I'm sorry to tell you this but you have to replace the rack and pinion. Back in the day we rebuilt them, later GM just sent new ones.
