How do you look at game manuals for games, that you buy on Steam?
I don't know the controls for some games and would like to look at a game manual.

Depending on the game...
-In steam-
There are two ways:
1. Library ---> (Game) -----> Look on the right side of the window and there should be a list of links
Manual or View Manual might be included in those links
2. Right click the game in your library and if there is a manual for the game one of the options will be View player manual/View game manual
-In-game-
Settings/Options ----> Keyboard/Controls
This will show you all the controls in the game and will most often will allow you to edit them to your liking
