IQ of 138? Is that above average, very good or what?
I've used a good site (recommended by quite a lot of people on yahoo answers).
I got 138 aged 15. I know the average is 90-100 but I don't know the other boundaries.
So is this score really good or just eh, you're alright!?!

You can't take a real IQ test online. They're all fake, many are scams, and they all tell everyone they're a genius. That's not your IQ.
On a real IQ test, 100 is the average, and it has a standard deviation of 15. It's not a linear scale. Less than 1% of the population scores 138 on a real test. On an online test, everyone gets scores like that. Because they're all fake.

Unless it was the at home test from Mensa (which is based on the Official Cattal-Horn test), then don't believe your score, as the test is not real. You are likely intelligent, just maybe not that intelligent. I have an official IQ of 126, yet have scored 143 and 134 on two different online IQ tests.
Categories on a REAL Standardized IQ test:
90 - 99 - just below average
100 - average (49.9999% of the population)
101 - 109 - just above average
110 - 119 - intelligent
120 - 129 - high intelligence (125 is considered "gifted" in the U.S. school systems)
130 - 139 - very high intelligence (130+ is considered "gifted" in the rest of the countries' school systems)
140 + = levels of genius
Bill Gates has an IQ of 160. Stephen Hawking and Albert Einstein - IQ's of 165, and there are a few thousand people in the world with IQ's above 180

"I've used a good site (recommended by quite a lot of people on yahoo answers). "
Your IQ is probably about average, then, maybe a bit below. The site which kids here recommend is always the one which gives them the highest score. Which is, of course, why it gives the score in the first place. Sites like this make their money from advertising.
Edit: "after scoring a 2100 on my SAT and I have an IQ of 168. When scoring unusually high on SAT, you get people's attention, mainly the government."
Nice fantasy, however 2100 isn't "unusually high", it's the "don't bother applying unless you've managed this" score for good universities. There will be multiple people just in your class at your school with a score better than this.

Online tests are always hugely inflated. There is no 'good site' for an IQ test.
The only accurate tests are the ones set by Mensa and taken under exam conditions. They cost money and are run by professionals.
Internet IQ tests are the reason we have 15 year olds running around claiming near genius IQs

i am 14 years old and i got my iq level tested by a psychologist, it was 138. he said it was amazing and less than 2% children have an iq that high!! so for a 15 year old, it is probably amazing too!
