my thyroid levels are high? what does that mean ?

And What caused it ? Can I do anything to make it change?

    What thyroid levels???

    Some thyroid tests say that the gland is putting out too much or not enough hormone.

    Others say that the "master" gland in the brain is signalling the thyroid to produce too much or too little.

    You need to talk to your doctor about what they mean.
