How to attract the Boy Next Door?
So my neighbor is one year older than me. He's pretty attractice and our schools are brother and sister schools. When I go swimming with my friend he's always in his backyard watching..he tries to make it like he's not paying attention but its clear that he is. We'll also have awkward eye-contact too. When im out with my friends and I see him he always glances at me but he never talks to me! He's not the shy type either. He's a 'bad boy' as some people would say. I just want to know how i can get his attention more..I mean..he is RIGHT next door. Thaanks(:

When he looks at you just give him a smile :) and start talking to him if its a good time to. And maybe after awhile you can invite him over to swim when he is watching you
