Can anybody recommend any stationary kung fu or other martial arts forms?
Similar to the main three wing chun forms where you don't stomp around too much, any style would be fine and video links gain you extra points.
I'd be much obliged if we could avoid the usual soapbox replies about needing to go to a class, not learning from words and pictures etc, ta!
ok, need to clarify, im a long in the tooth martial arts enthusiast and i know.a few tai chi forms and am looking for something in a bit more detail. cheers. oh, and ive done some mma, rules are so restrictive
when i said more detail i meant a named tai chi form currently i like yang 8 but its a bit short. never mind, too late now as i cant be bothered with any more non answers!

Clarification? You want more detail than a Tai-chi form? How can any kind of movement have more technical detail than Tai-chi? These forms are considered to be the epitome of detailed technicality.
I am putting together a dvd series on "How to Teach Tai-chi" (Yang style) and the first two hour dvd only covers the first six movements. And even then, I had to cut the detail short because I was worried about the viewer getting too frustrated at the technicality.
