What year did LOCKS FOR LOVE have the most donations in 1 Year?

Locks of Love has a problem, and that is, it cannot account for most of its hair donations, and is entangled (pun intended) in a very public scandal. The last year available data, 2011, it produced only 317 hairpieces out of suitable donations to produce 2,080. (Locks of Love notes that if a donation is unsuited to its needs the donor should understand they will sell it if they can to defray costs, but the money missing from the charity is far more than that.)

It is estimated that $6,000,000 goes missing from Locks of Love each year, and watchdogs are pressing Locks of Love to cough up its information for examination.

There are critics of the Nonprofit Institute report on missing money, but NPI states it is simple mathematics and stands by its study of the orgnaistion.
