runescape banned me for macroing major im innocent?
i have never once used any sort of runescape modifiying or related software but this morning i try to log in and find i am "permanently banned" i have appealed it and told them that i was using quick chat and its shortcuts rather effectively and that might have been a false positive in there system
i also pointed out that it could have been trigggered by my high alching using mousekeys which i was dong by hand while not paying attention to the game which could have also caused a false positive
i made it clear tat i had never used any sort of software or anything and that i believe macroing is unfair and cheating and would never take part in such an activity
what do you think the chances of me getting my account back are? i really am innocent but they aparently believe in "guilty until proven innocent"

Well, if you could submit an attachment how you use mousekeys to high alch (basically, a split screen video showing your finger movements and the PC screen.), you could get a better chance.
And I don't think using mousekeys would increase your speed of high alchemy, so just try clicking next time.

If you were given a permanent ban, they want you gone from the game. That's that. You're out. And you've only got yourself to blame. You knew this might happen when you decided to macro.
