The wayfinder itself shows up in Inner Sea World Guide. The wayfinder variants and the resonance powers they posses with ioun stones are in Pathfinder Chronicles: Seekers of Secrets.
I believe more wayfinders (and maybe some resonance powers) will show up in the upcoming Pathfinder Player Companion: Pathfinder Society Primer.
