Flywheel and Flexplate for Chevy 350?

I'm getting a Chevy 350 small block for my 86 pick up. It puts out about 400hp and it will be hooked up to a th400 transmission. Wha Flexplate and flywheel should I get?

We made way more power than that with our Super Street/Bomber efforts and we used factory stock flexplates without issue.

A flexplate is used on an automatic transmission. A flywheel for a manual shift.

You don't need both. You need a flexplate from a Chevy that matches your starter and torque converter. Or you can buy a new starter and a new converter to match whichever flexplate you like.
