Head injury question?
Hi.
I bumped my head to a wall, and ever since i've had a headache. I also have these symptoms: im Dizzy time to time, sleepy, My jaws hurt and when i chew, it hurts.However i haven't vomit, and a bump hasn't come up yet. I think its internal but im not sure, please help me.

You pinched a nerve in your neck. You hurt your self. I could fix it but I suggest you go to a chiropractor.
