Taronga Zoo vs. Sydney Wildlife World?
Which one of these zoos is "better"? Or are they both about the same? I wouldn't want to pay to visit both of them if they both have the same animals.
I'm going to be in Sydney for 5 days in September, so any other tourist advice would be appreciated too!

well Taronga Zoo is not "better"..
it is the BEST zoo you could find in many a country and you will not be disappointed
to get there is part of the whole experience go to circular quay and catch the ferry then when you get to the zoo catch the fernicular to the top of the hill so that during your explorations you are spending the day walking down hill ... less exhausting

Taronga is one of the best zoos in the world and certainly the best city zoo in Australia. Apart from the great collection of animals and the very interesting enclosures they live in, it has stunning views across the harbour. If you can only get to one zoo in Australia, Taronga is the place to go.

Zoo Tycoo, the Sydney Toronga Park Zoo, leaves our Granby and Toronto zoo's put together for dead. The place is awesome.
