HELP - Should I buy XBOX One or PS4?
PLEASE READ -
Now, I know this question has been asked a bunch of times before on Yahoo Answers, but even after looking at the answers of the questions, I really can't make a choice. What is better, XBOX One or PS4? I have seen both press conferences by Sony and Microsoft at E3 online, and I still freaking don't know. Please tell me why I should buy either console with reasons supporting your answers.Thanks.
IMPORTANT - - - Please do not use reasons that are of your complete opinion. For example, exclusives. One may think PS4 exclusives are better and another may think that XBOX One's exclusives are better. (PS - I think PS4 exclusives are better). And also, please no fanboy or rude answers. Once again, thanks.

Okay. You should buy a PS4.
Reason #1 The playstation store is equal to if not better than the xbl marketplace. Don't get fooled by people trying to tell you it isn't as good. Also, PS+ is an amazing service, giving out free big-name games for download for only 50 bucks. I bought it in April and i've downloaded like 10 retail games for download.
Reason #2 I know you said that exclusives is an opinion, but, Playstation 4 is going to have a lot more of them and Game developers are generally more excited to work with Sony.
Reason #3 the new controller for playstation is something to look forward to. Two touch pads front and back and triggers and analog sticks that mimic the xbox360 controllers but are actually better in terms of the build quality.
Reason #4 Dont have to pay for online.
Reason #5 Sony business model is lot more fan/gamer-oriented while Microsoft really only cares about making money and the Xbox One has its shortcomings as a result of that.
Reason #6 its $100 cheaper
Those are just some reasons off the top of my head. But for real, i wouldnt lie to you bro. You'll love the ps4.

PS4, cheaper, and the graphics card is better than XBOX One, PS4 uses DDRM5 while XBOX One is using DDRM3 i believe, so you are getting a better console for a cheaper price. Privacy, Kinect is required for the XBOX One, do you really want the government spying on you 24/7? after what Edward Snowden uncovered? These 2 reasons are more than enough to help you decide.

I own both 360 and PS3, and I enjoy both. I've read about the both consoles, and personally I'm more interested in Xbox One. The exclusives on PS4 might be better but the Xbox One has some "classic" games like Halo, Forza etc. If you enjoy shooting and sports games, get a Xbox One. That's what Xbox's are used for, atleast I use them for that. PS4 again has some games that Xbox One has, plus some exclusives.
It's really up to you, I'd pick Xbox One :)

well, it depends what you are going to use it for.
FACTS (not opinion) Xbox one wasn't made entirely for gaming, it's more for 'entertainment'. No, unfortunately not gamin entertainment, more like watching T.V. You can play mini-games in certain television programs, e.g you're watching spongebob, then a random mini game pops up and you play it. after it you continue. Games can be played on it, but Xbox one's focus isn't on gaming.
Ps4 is made for gaming. It has the latest Havoc engine and Unreal Engine 4. The havoc engine can render a million particles at once and not even lag once. The Unreal Engine 4 improves graphics and gameplay considerably. it also have a new remote that is more user friendly.
so it depends what you want to do with it. Gaming? go for ps4. Other entertainment (youtube etc.) Xbox one>
These are facts used, not opinions.

If its about games then xbox one...the games line up is already proven . As for the rumour of kinnect spying that is rumour and also not viable. This new gen will make a large advancement in games where developers can now advance gaming interface by utilising the new kinnect which means gaming is about to evolve and this is where sony have and will be left behind in the future of new games. As for specs of machines yes sony offers a better performing console however the new cloud intervention has copious amounts of processing power so really both console specs dont make any difference. That being said microsoft are already increasing hardware specs before launch so a more robust xbox one will be ready for launch and as much as sony fans hate to admit it will bring higher end performance. Both consoles have equally good points to promote. But as for gaming it has to be xbox one. The games speak for themselves the future advancement will be down to new kinnect. This will raise the bar on gaming and sony developers will n
ot be doing this as their version of kinnect is not part of the operating sysytem which means no new advancement of next generation gaming. Plenty of research out there to make your own judgement .

Ps4, in my opinion because with xbox one, you would have to buy every game you want and would also have to register it wih your xbox, therefore making it unavailable to be played on any other xbox, which means you cant rent any.. PS4 is good because it has no registry for games and has high quality video performance.
