What kind of bird is this?

It's injured. Found in Harrison, Arkansas. Is it a juvenile or adult?

    It looks like a young Logger head Shrike juvenile,probably just become independent,it is in juvenile plumage, visit this site for more information."logger head shrike ".

    Looks like a juvenile Loggerhead Shrike. I'd recommend taking it to a wildlife center.

    I believe that it's an eastern phoebe. As for juvenile, I cannot help you there.
