I've got an eBay payment problem?
The credit card that is linked to my eBay/PayPal account had to be cancelled and I'm now waiting for a new one. In the meantime eBay has started to send me emails saying that I have not yet paid what I owe them.How can I contact them directly to explain the problem? Their customer service section is useless as is the case with many of these multinationals.

you can pay ebay fees with a one off payment from a credit card, debit card or from your bank account if your paypal is currently not working due to changing cards.

Log into ebay, go to Account settings and enter your new card number when you get it. Everything else you try will be useless because ebay are useless.

Try using their chat feature, where you type, they type, you "talk". I've used that before, and it worked to help me clear up issues.
If that doesn't work, just wait a few days, then add the new card number to the account.

Email them and explain. Though your credit card issues aren't their problem.
