Start with water. When you are comfortable move to milkshakes. When you're comfortable again try applesauce.

Constantly increasing the consistency of what you drink or eat.

It is a slow process. Can take months.

    Good luck!

I suffer with anxiety and I used to have aweful panic attacks. Feeling like I was going to suffocate. I started seeing a psychologist to get some answers and I'm getting one on one counseling and I'm on medication and I'm doing 10*better. Counseling isn't anything to be embarrassed about either. Its very comforting to be able to speak in confidence that what you say won't be said to another. Breathing slowly will calm it down and meditating will also. Just put on some music and picture something happy. Its fun!!! :) I hope this helped!
