Do the vitamins in vitamin water like sobe or glaceau deteriorate like veggies do after being picked?

    Vitamins exist in fresh and dried foods. HEated and cooked, not so much but still there.

    The so called chemicals in a bottle of water are a lie. They are not vitamins at all. VItamin water has got to be the biggest joke of the century.

    No. They're chemicals. There's nothing in there to deteriorate.
