I suggest you make both a Twitter account and a Facebook account. On Twitter follow people who search out freebies and coupons (do a simple search for #freebies). They post about their finds with links. More often than not these freebies are on company Facebook accounts and it requires you to "Like" them to get it. Freebies are limited and are often gone in minutes or even seconds.
If you already have a Facebook account I suggest you make a different one. Your Facebook page will end up loaded with adds from these places.
