What would be a good dinner that is on the healthier side?

Ok so I would like help. It's a hot day and I don't want to have a heavy more fattening meal if you know what I mean. I get off work at 730 tonight and want a simpler meal and it only needs to feed two but leftovers are just fine also I don't care. Don't want the meal to be too expensive either. Suggestions please! Nothing with avocado or peanuts please I'm allergic. Thanks!

    Chicken peas carrots chicken stock and rice..

    you can make a chicken fried rice throw all the ingredients in and voila (bake or grill chicken first)

    Grilled or broiled boneless chicken breast.

    Salad made with various lettuces, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, etc.

    Green beans.

    One small potato.

    Low fat milk'
