Does sleeping with a bra on stop the growth?
Ive heard that if you wear a bra to bed it can stop the growth. Is that true? Cause I think bras are comfortable and I wear mine to bed all the time. I'm only a 32B so there not big but still. I would like them to get bigger haha is this true? I'm 16 btw

Not true at all. Your boob size is based on genetics...so look at your mom, aunts, and grandma's and then you'll get an idea of what size you'll be. I sleep in a bra all the time because mine are kinda big and sports bra's help keep them controlled and stop from sagging.

A study said that wearing bras all the time can cause sagginess but personally I wouldn't really think it would, but in your case don't you think wearing a bra all day and to bed is a little unhygienic? Just that when you're at school and you're walking constantly you can sweat and stuff. I'm not sure if you switch or keep the same bra on or what, but that's just my two cents. One other thing, since your breasts are constantly hoistered in a bra all day, it would be better to take it off at night so they have more freedom to sit on your chest naturally, ya know?

Well if your 16 your pretty well grown anyway but my advice to you is to wear a sports bra when your going through peuberty your boobs grow rapidly and although no proof of growth stuntage has ever been found I know when my boobs started to for if I slept in a bra my boobs would quickly grow to it ... Like if I started out as an A and I wore a B bra they would grow to fit the bra lol so ya hope I helped :)

I don't think so..............there are many pointless boob & body myths.
