Tampon question please help!?

So I've put a tampon in before but this time it really hurts. I'm going to the beach so I have to wear one. It's hurts when I pee and doesn't feel the same way. It feels like it's stopping my pee from coming out! And I can feel it like when I'm standing and stuff. Sooo uncomfortable :( and I'm so scared to take it out cause it's gonna hurt so bad. Did I put it in the wrong hole? Cause it went in pretty fine so idk. Please help!

Take it out & try to do it again, there's different ways to insert it. You cant really put it in the wrong hole. You didn't stick it far enough in if you can still feel it. how old are you? Because if your young or a virgin they will feel uncomfortable at first, the same way mine did. Don't be afraid to ask your mom or female figure for help. Or get smaller ones & ones that suit your flow, if it it hurts to remove the reason may be that you are using to big of ones. Hope I helped.

If it's hurting you now, take it out. Is it a different type of tampon than before? Is there still some plastic wrapping on it? That might have something to do with it.
