Can i put a bigger engine in my SUV?

can you upgrade to a more powerful Nissan modern truck engine maybe?

need to make sure it will fit though. 4 cylinder? man that is week.

if you want a good used engine, they also sell those near junk yard places.

cruise around and look it up on the internet.

the same way they have car and radio parts that they sell as well, they should

have places that specifically sell good, clean used engines.

try to look up what other engines they sold back then for your nissan.

check out if there are any for sale on ebay and try to get a better idea of

what sort of engine will fit in your vehicle. if it is not a Nissan engine than

i'm not sure how well it would fit in the engine compartment.

ask a mechanic that deals with that stuff as well. specialty auto place that fixes old cars or helps put engines into the vehicle, or someone knowledgeable about

all that stuff. if you're going to put in a new engine, rather than used engine, you might as well get a new paint job, etc. it won't be cheap to accomplish.

You can do whatever you want. The problem is cost and time. You will have many times over what the car is worth.

Heck if you have the dollars put a big block 800hp in it. It can be done but would be stupid to do.

Sell, or trade for one more like you want. With those changes you mentioned you would have twice the value of it invested.
