Can you explain this?

The normal temperature for the human body is 98.6, if your body is that warm why does the temperature out side not feel comfortable at temps over 80 degrees. I asked a doctor this one time and he had no answer.

No. But I wish I had a doctor that would not try to give me pills for that. :)

Because the temp is what helps us cool off, since we have body heat. When you take away cool temps, body heat rises which is uncomfortable.

Our bodies run on heat. You need heat to run appliances, you need heat to cook food properly. Heat is a universal source of energy. Too much heat, however, is bad.
