I need implants! :-( any advice?

I think you are talking about dental implants? A good dentist you trust is crucial. They will see to it you don't suffer needless pain. Whatever you do, follow after care instructions exactly to the letter. An infection can really be painful in any sort of dental surgery incision. If you start now taking good care, you will have less problems in the future. The procedure is fairly expensive. It would be far cheaper in future to keep better care of your teeth.

Pros : Great looks, confidence, happy u.

Cons :

1. painful surgery, recovery period is tough.

2. Chances of post surgery complications like infection, implant burst / leak etc. Body might not accept the foreign object thereby rejecting it and causing infections.

3. U will have to get it changed after every 5 yrs. It cannot be changed after 3rd time. Will have to be removed completely.

4. If low quality implants are used (u will not be able to make out the difference of good one and low quality one) chances of leak is at high.

5. High risk of Breast Cancer.

As u can c, the pros are much less than the cons. thus avoid it, embrace urself, love urself as u are. Particular exercises can not enlarge it, but will surely enhance it. Try that instead.
