Help me loose weight?

So I'm 14 and I know everyone tells me I'm fine and I'm young, I don't need to worry but I don't feel secure with who I am. I really want to loose weight as quickly as possible. My mum hates the idea of me going for a Timor to the gym? But we've both agreed to eat healthier. Is there any quick ways anyone knows that can hep? I especially want to loose weight on my legs! I can do some workouts in my room if anyone has any little things that could help. Also how much should I bed eating a day? Thank you!

    Your question about how much you should be eating, the amount doesn't matter as much as WHAT. When you get hungry for a small snack, I suggest eating celery since you actually lose more calories by chewing than you gain by the actual food!

    When it comes to burning fat, I'm pretty sure a small burst at least once a day is better than an hour run once a week. I suggest doing leg exercises every morning and before going to bed. You can find plenty of specialized leg exercises on youtube and such, I searched "fat burning leg workouts" and found dozens! (I left a few in the source box)

    LOSE, not LOOSE!

    Lose rhymes with shoes; loose rhymes with goose - they do NOT mean the same thing! Eat healthily, eat smaller portions & exercise regularly to LOSE weight - but by the sound of it, you are not even overweight!

    eat healthy, exercise daily, try cut out wheat, but most importantly learn to stick at it over a long period of time to ensure that you see results. Try do little exercises like jumping jacks, press-ups, crunches, sit-ups, squats, leg raises, that kinda thing.

    your security has nothing to do with your weight, but rather than your mentality. So I suggest you eat healthily and sleep more comfortably, and just be around people who are actually your friends and not some barbie-like-groupies. Also, everyone will be criticised sometimes - we can't please everyone.

    If you eat lean protein it helps a lot!
