Micromax Doodle seems to be nicer choice and so as the Galaxy S DUOS. If you have budget of 15000 why won’t you go for Grand quottos.
Browsing depends upon the network you are on and the app you are using to browse. I would suggest naked browser app because I personally find it more useful and fast. For good navigation your GPS needs to be fast and working smoothly if you don’t overload the device with apps. Again watching videos and playing games you need nice GPU graphic on android device.
Choose Micromax doodle or Galaxy s duos both have 18-20 difference.
