Why do you think we remember horrible Nightmares instead of Beautiful Dreams?

A study has proved this. I've my own views. But want to know yours.

    I have had both nightmares and beautiful dreams. Our subconscious mind processes all of this stuff. so nightmares come from anxiety and stress and fears.
