    Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. It seems that no one wants to work and they keep pawning things and asking for loans.

    Is it a coincidence they are mostly black? I think not.

    The place lost its motor industry and accompanying suppliers. Caring industrialists sent the jobs abroad where cheaper lablour made more profits.
