i cant open my videos on my computer PLEASE help!!!?
I have videos that my mum took when I was young on her Nokia phone and we uploaded the videos on my windows seven laptop. I really want to look at the videos but "player" wont let me. and I am really worried that I cant see the video clips again. please help me how can I fix this problem.
is there any other way of watching video clips other than on my player???
please help thank you :/
i do have the videos its just when i open them something comes up saying
Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file.

This is an easy one :)
Option 1) Install Klite:

Option 2) Install VLC Player and play them with that instead.

Sounds like the video file isn't one which wmp can read, you might want to try downloading K-Lite codec pack which may have the codec you need & also has a player which will play more file types than wmp. http://www.filehippo.com/download_klite_codec_pack...
