Will the state of Illinois seize my $1,000 lotto winnings because of...?

Unpaid tolls, speeding tickets, etc. Anyone who has actually claimed a prize through the lotto office while questioning what they owed to the state? Please let me know what happened and/or what they took.

    First of all, congratulations on your win. Second of all, no one will take any money from you. But, using the money for paying bills, or taxes, and then using the money for pleasure is way better.
