Can you identify this garden plant? (w/ pic)?
I recently moved into a new apartment in Brooklyn (I've lived here my whole life), and in the back yard there are some planters and one of them has a plant I can't identify.
Here is what it looks like: http://i67.photobucket.com/albums/h284/Middle_Mana...

I think it's just a weed, but honestly I have no idea. So if anyone knows what this is, I'd appreciate it.
More info: When I got here, if these things ever flowered, I must have missed it. But they are growing at a fast rate. The leaves have no scent that I can make out.

Looks like a weed to me.
* As far as being a mint plant, break a leaf off and if it smells minty, it's a mint plant, if not, it's something else.

That isn't peppermint, it does look minty though. Is the stem of the plant square? It could be ligularia, or leopards bane, but should have bloomed a big couple of yellow daisy-like flowers.

Hard to say from these pics. Possibly a type of salvia (which is in the mint family)?
