What does this mean?? GIRL HELP?

So this girl that i really like seems to be giving me mixed signals. Im in grade 12 this year. She always tells me that im a really amazing guy, really cute and how she always wants to be with me. She even said when she went to a party while i was out of town that she wouldnt let any guys hit on her because im all hers... So i asked her to be my girlfriend last week, but she said no... I give her hugs all the time and i put my arm around her when we watch movies, and she likes it. She said that she wasnt really looking for a relationship right now but she thinks it could possibly happen. So she hoes from me being hers to this? Im so confused. Also, she told me to text her after we watched a movie last week, and since then, she hardly texts back and just seems plain uninterested. Can somebody help me figure out what all of this means and what i should do next. Shes gone for vacation though.
