Sling a golf bag full of golf clubs onto your ex girlfriend's shoulders and tell her to walk 18 holes with you, and she needs to make par on each hole. Then after the 18 holes ask her if she still thinks it's not a sport.

A "sport" is any competition in which you use talent, skill, and strategy to better your opponent. In golf, your opponent is not only the other golfers...but the course as well. I think it's definitely considered a sport. No, you don't have to be ripped it bench 320 lbs...but it definitely takes skill and talent.
