My system only starts in safe mode? Help?

I have an HP PC with Windows Vista. For weeks it crashed occasionally, usually while running Internet Explorer. It often gives a message about the file nvvsvc.exe being a problem. So today, Norton 360 says it fighting a Trojan attack, and the system will only start in Safe Mode. I've done system restore 3 times already, going back about 10 days. But it only starts in safe mode. Give me some ideas. Where can I get an updated nvvsvc.exe file? How can I force it to open in normal Windows vista? How can I tell WHY it only opens in safe mode?

    Use windows vista installation dvd.

Boot from dvd and select repair my computer under install now button. And find fix startup problem.

because it is going directly to their warning reveal screen then you would desire to acquire malware bytes, and rename it into IE (device kit would not block it then) Then run a speedy test, and do away with the failings it comes up with.
