Will grass stay green?

I am interested in creating a product that consists in part of blended grass (lol). I understand that chlorophyll makes the grass green. However, if I pick the grass, and blend it, while adding in water... will it stay green for an extended period in storage? I have no reason to expect it to other than a gut feeling. If so, about how long?

Update:

I am talking about a grass/water blended mixture.

No it won't stay green always, for some days it stay green and later it turns to some other color...

The green-ness is due to Mg, & life it gives as chlorophyll. But as any living being, at its old age, it dies, dries, & loses green color.

For quite a while... However, dead grass (dried) is a rather non-vibrant shade of green.
