What happens at the dermatologist?
I'm going to the dermatologist soon for my acne but I have never been there so I was wondering what do they do? ^_^

they just ask you about your acne: how long you've had an issue with it, what products you currently use, whether it comes and goes or is a constant issue, how you would like to go about treating it (topical creams, cleansers, medication), etc.
then he/she will tell you the treatment that best suits you, then they'll either write you a prescription or recommend that you buy an over-the-counter face cream/cleanser
and that's about it. good luck :)

they ask you what type of creams or things you use on your face for acne, and if you pop your pimples. then they tell you not to touch your face much cause of the oil and dirt. and they'll recommend a cream(s) for you to use :)
