Just met this cute girl at club? Don't know what to text?

I met this cute girl at the club, friend of a friend. So basically we were just waiting in line with my buddies when her friend (not her, woman B) started talking to me and so I continued the conversation. In the club, woman A(the actual girl) just went up to me and said let's dance, no one else was dancing. So I just went there on the dance floor and she immediately started grinding on me, she is incredibly attractive and we dance for a while until it got awkward and head back to our friends. Then I didn't see her for a while and danced with plenty of other women with my friends, anyways we ended up seeing each other again and dancing, also talking a bit. All my friends were hitting on her the whole night, but I played it smart and let theses drunken idiots dig their own hole. At 3am after the end of the club, she wanted to grab a ice -strawberry-lemonade so I went with her and we talked and I payed for her. We made eye contact for a while and by the end of the night, as we were leaving I said, alright cya gave her a hug and a kiss on the cheek and said what's your number and pulled my phone out. So I found her facebook, but didn't add her, I just tagged her in a post of me saying how we all had great night(tagged everyone). What should I do now?
